We purchase a wide range of used, surplus, and retired IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, workstations, SSDs and other storage devices, servers, networking equipment, CPUs, RAM, GPUs, and mobile devices. Value depends on the equipment, condition, quantity, age, and current market demand.

No. Despite the SellSSD.net name, we purchase many types of IT hardware. SSDs and storage are a major focus, but we also buy laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, CPUs, RAM, GPUs, mobile devices, and other qualifying IT assets.

We work with businesses, IT departments, MSPs, data centers, resellers, recyclers, schools, organizations, and individuals with qualifying equipment.

We do not have a minimum quantity, but please note that some single, lower value items (less than $50) may be declined as it doesn't make sense to ship them.

We consider equipment in a variety of conditions, including new, used, working, untested, and mixed-condition lots. Damaged or non-working equipment may also have value depending on the hardware.

Offers are based on factors such as manufacturer, exact model or specifications, age, condition, quantity, and current secondary-market demand. Providing a detailed inventory helps us evaluate your equipment more accurately.

Send us whatever information you have, such as model numbers, specifications, quantities, condition, and your location. Photos, serial numbers, spreadsheets, and hardware health information can also be helpful for larger or more complex inventories.

Most inventories can be reviewed the same business day once we have the information needed to evaluate the equipment. Our current average quote turnaround is approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes, although large or complex inventories may require additional time.

Yes, however only for the Denver Metro, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs Area.

Yes. We purchase qualifying IT equipment from sellers throughout the United States. Shipping options are available for qualifying inventory outside Colorado.

Payment timing depends on the inventory and how it is delivered. Smaller, verified local lots may be paid at pickup, while larger lots may require processing and verification before final payment. Shipped inventory is typically paid within 24–48 hours after delivery and verification.

We take data-bearing equipment seriously and coordinate appropriate data handling and sanitization as part of the disposition process. Our data sanitization procedures reference NIST SP 800-88 guidelines where applicable. Please click HERE to learn about our data policy.
